Hot Lunch Boxes

Bring everyone to the table with our warm, homestyle casseroles and pastas – made for sharing at the office, during team meetings, or for client lunches. Each meal is freshly made, hot, and packaged in a triple-compartment tray with a fitting side and bread or cornbread with butter (or chips and dip in some cases.) Minimum order: 10 of the same entrée.

King Ranch Casserole
Smoked chicken accents our creamy King Ranch casserole layered with tortillas and cheese. Served with tortilla chips, salsa and a spicy Tex-Mex salad with Catalina dressing.

Alabama Chicken & Rice
Hardwood-smoked chicken, fresh spinach, and our tangy house-made Alabama White Sauce in seasoned rice. Served with a side of greens salad or black-eyed peas and cornbread with butter.

Chicken in Dressing
The taste of Thanksgiving any time of year. Classic dressing baked with shredded chicken and topped with scratch-made gravy. Served with mashed potatoes and glazed carrots or house greens salad, and a dinner roll with butter.

Spaghetti with Meatballs
Slow-simmered marinara and house-made meatballs over spaghetti. Served with peas, green beans or Caesar salad, and buttered bread.

Scalloped Potatoes & Ham
Thinly sliced potatoes baked in a creamy sauce with smoky ham and cheddar. Served with green beans or garden salad, and bread with butter.

Ground Beef Stroganoff
Savory ground beef and mushrooms in rich sour cream sauce over egg noodles. Served with salad and a dinner roll with butter.

Broccoli, Chicken & Rice
Tender chicken and broccoli baked into creamy cheddar rice. Served with green beans or house salad and bread with butter.

Ground Beef Shepherd’s Pie
Seasoned beef, vegetables, and mashed potatoes baked golden brown. Served with salad or glazed carrots and a dinner roll with butter.

Our signature smoked brisket folded into sharp cheddar mac & cheese with toasted crumb topping. Served with garden salad and bread with butter.

BBQ Pulled Pork Casserole
Smoky pulled pork layered with rice, black beans, cheese, and roasted chilies. Served with Tex-Mex salad and cornbread with butter.

Chicken con Broccoli
Juicy chicken and tender broccoli tossed with orecchiette pasta in a garlic-Parmesan cream sauce. Served with mixed greens and bread with butter.

Cajun Pasta
Blackened sausage and chicken with bell peppers and cavatappi pasta in a Cajun-spiced Alfredo. Served with house salad and bread with butter.
